We worked with Adrian Chisholm in the selling of our motel recently in Wanaka. Dear Adrian and Chrissy, Thank you so much for completing the sale of Cosy Cottage Thermal Kiwi Holiday Park. Clare and I have been blessed with the good fortune of having yourself and Chrissy arrive into our lives as our brokers. You instantly brought a feeling of peace and order to what has been an extremely traumatic and intense sale period of highs and lows lasting through from September 2014 to May 2015. Flash Harry’s with blacked out windows and top of the range cars have never impressed me. I arrived in NZ one year ago to start the process to purchase a business. I contacted half dozen agents, research a dozen properties, and focused on a holiday park with Tourism Properties.
